Coaching helps executives, leaders, and managers deepen their learning, improve their performance, and enhance the quality of their life. Coaching concentrates on where clients are today and what they are willing to do to get where they want to be tomorrow. PBI provides one-on-one or small group coaching to support a leader's learning, professional, and personal development. Topics covered in a one- to six-month engagement could include: relationships; managerial style; improving communication, collaboration, and trust; leading or managing change efforts; developing your 2nd tier; or "performance consulting" (helping you diagnose/resolve workforce performance problems).
