Leaders tell us that leading/managing change is one of the most difficult things they have to do. "Why won't they get onboard?" "How come I can't get buy-in?" Change and people are complex subjects, so there is no quick sound bite answer... but we believe that when people trust the leadership, believe the change is in the best interests of the organization/team, and can see a personal WIIFM (What's In It For Me?) – they will get onboard.
