Visions and strategies are the driving forces behind a company, defining its existence and its method of operation. Therefore, it is without question that a clear vision and strategy should be at the forefront of any organization. A good vision stretches the organization, it is clearly communicated, shared by all employees, and includes all aspects of the business.

To ensure that your organization is heading in the right direction, PBI will analyze all facets of the vision and strategy, from internal communications to external implementation. Beyond collaboratively building a solid vision and strategy, PBI helps you translate the vision into daily life and culture - “this is the way we do things around here”. To institutionalize your vision and values, we engage all levels of employees (and key stakeholders), create Communications Plans that work, and seek/achieve some early successes.

The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a strategic management framework that is being increasingly used in both the public and private sectors to plan, execute, evaluate, and improve an organization’s strategy. We have created an award-winning 9 step methodology for building and implementing the BSC. As well, we have facilitated several large-scale projects to define the “picture of success”, establish the cause-effect linkages that truly tell you where to place your energy and resources, and guide organizations in aligning their strategy, metrics, and new initiatives. We are experts at helping you deal with the buy-in and institutionalizing challenges that accompany a BSC journey.
